In the news today, Arnold the terminator threw an elaborate inaugural shebang. He says everyone needs to work toward centrist policies. Dull story, things that will never happen, just talk.
There is a very interesting line toward the end of the story though, indicative of what's going on in this country. I believe it's not too much to ask to require everyone to take a test in order to register to vote. They should know at least the basics of how our government works. They should know that Congress is made up of two separate voting houses called the Senate and House of Representatives. Anyway, here's the line...
"I'm going to encourage Arnold to run for Senate or Congress," Joe Weider, a legendary bodybuilding publisher who brought Schwarzenegger to the United States in 1969, told Reuters.
Makes you wonder who the brains behind Weider enterprises.....
