It's Friday, nowhere to go, and not a lot of homework that needs to be done. So, I'm browsing the Internet, my favorite blogs and news sites, catching up.

I found an interesting, if rather crude, discussion about free speech here. It amazes me when people advocate shutting down what others say because the majority opinion disagrees. Well, that isn't true, what really gets me is when people advocate giving a government the power to decide which opinions should be shut out of any public discussion. Their fears and hatred get the best of them, and they don't think rationally.

Something else I found interesting here. It has already been widely dispersed on the net, and should make the headlines soon. I assume someone with more time and money than I have to spend researching this will do so, and we'll know for sure whether this is a 'document' on par with the Obama birth certificate....

I like reading Chez's stuff, but I would expect him to wait for something like this to be vetted before posting it. To be fair, he doesn't say it's legit, but he probably should at least say the jury is still out.
