Still not feeling well, here. On the Internet today can be found some interesting things. Here one can find a report on reading in America. It's kind of depressing, though not surprising.

The computer will be here today. It is coming from China, through Alaska, Indiana, Tennessee, then Tucson. Interesting route, and I didn't think they could do it with such a circuitous path. I thought it was possible, but not probable. According to the web site it is on the truck, so I was wrong.

I'm missing out on more happenings here, my wife, and her sister and daughter are going to the pool. They will also be going to the movies later. I've been up since four reading, so I'll be napping very soon. Tomorrow most of the visitors leave, things will be back to normal.

Also, Al Gore was on The Daily Show last night promoting his book The Assault On Reason. What he says in the book is probably true, but nobody wants to hear it. Would it be pessimistic, or realistic, to think that this fact, that nobody is interested, and the fact that fewer people are reading, that these things will contribute to the demise of this country?
