I want to change my designation from independent to Republican. Then, I can vote in the primaries and vote for Ron Paul. He's running as a Republican, but he's not really. He came from the libertarian party, so he has a lot of non republican ideas. There is a video going around from that highlights Fox news coverage of the debate in SC, and a commentary afterward in which Ron Paul was interviewed. Hannity and Combs interviewed him, Hannity was a dick, trying again to reduce complex issues to talking points. He tried to get Ron Paul to say that Americans caused 911. Paul says our policies contributed. Of course, no Republican will have the balls to discuss our involvement in Iran that put Prime Minister Mohammed Mossadegh out of power because he was a nationalist that wanted to wrest control of Iranian oil from the British. This is common knowledge now, and true to christian doctrine, republicans will steer away from any such discussion because the detrimental affects that emanated from the situation are obvious to anyone that takes a hard look.
