This is some stupid shit. There is a video going around that shows a police officer in Tempe, Arizona asking two young black men to rap. They were littering, and he asks them to come up with a rap on the spot about littering.

At the end of the video the boys tell the officer he's right. He says, "You know why you say I'm right? Because I got a gun and badge, I'm always right, ok?" Of course people are up in arms about it.

Let's get real though, this is indicative of how most law enforcement think. I'm not sure why this shocks people. The man's attitude is standard for cops.
