I looked for the source, but all I could find after a few minutes of searching were links to other news articles. He made these comments while attending a lunch for listeners of some radio show in CT. Anyway, what gets me is he's still trying the 'support the troops' routine, a lame attempt at attacking those that disagree with our presence in Iraq by insinuating they don't support the US military overall.

It is disheartening, because although most rational people I know will admit this is bunk, I still come across those that tout this garbage, along with the 'unpatriotic dissenters' routine.
