There was a Republican debate in Michigan recently. The candidates were asked if the President is required by the constitution to get authorization to attack Iran. Romney said he would sit down with his attorneys to find out. Chris Matthews re-iterated the question, does the President need authorization, and he answered that he would let the lawyers sort that out.
Ron Paul asked why they don't just open up the Constitution and read it.
Romney put on display, for all the world to see, his ignorance of the text of the Constitution.
