Bush is on television, giving a press conference as I write this. He sounds like a whiner. It is irritating when he starts out a statement with, "you need to understand..." It insinuates that I don't understand what is going on, and that I should defer to him.
Then, when he is talking about terrorists, he describes them as ideologues with a world view, in such a way as to imply it is a bad thing. It is a bad thing, but it is the way they practice their views, try to push their views on others, behead people in an effort to coerce others to comply. What is sad is that people in this country do not see the hypocrisy. The ideologue with a world view description is the exact description we could use for Bush and Christians in this country.
