Back from Vegas, we spent three days there. The place has changed. Used to be someone that didn't gamble didn't have to spend a fortune, even for a room. Things are different now. Vegas was known for their buffets, primarily because they were relatively inexpensive and offered good food. I remember the standard was $3.99 for breakfast, $4.99 for lunch, and $5.99 for dinner. Those days are gone. My wife and I could go a whole day on a meal from the buffet and a snack, and pay little for food which meant we didn't mind so much losing a little in slot machines.
Anyway, while there I had another go at Nietzsche's Antichrist. Still extremely difficult to read, but I'm getting more out of it.
