Is President Bush right to be concerned about the health of Russia's democracy?

When Bush's house is hunky-dory, then he can worry about someone else. People have become inured to the national debt problem, and he does nothing but make it worse. Education? I see nothing but resignation. This is how Bush... or should I say Carl Rove... likes it. That's what they like; a blind, dumb mob. Stupid masses are easy to control. They can do whatever they like while the country wallows in Jenny Jones and blockbuster videos.....

I'm sure I'm being way too negative though.......
