I finally gave up on the conservative forum. Someone mentioned a news article about a christmas tree exchange program in Chicago, one that describes an atheist filing suit because it discriminates against him. Don't these people have anything better to do with their time? Anyway, seemed like something worthwhile to discuss on a forum such as the conservababes forum. There are a few that actually engage in intelligent discussion, but most are just looking for a way to spew their distate for any idea they don't like. The thread that this article is a perfect example, for the very first reply talks about head bashing....

I do not believe in Big Goverment, but still have to pay. Tough, dude.

That SOB needs a good beating and roll of duct tape to cover his way-too-big mouth.

Granted, the atheist probably is an SOB, but is this really intelligent discussion? The person that made this remark is just as bad... well, probably not, because he's not filing lawsuits that clog the system and impede constructive litigation. So, I sent the webmaster a message, not citing anything specific, but... well, this was my message....

You may as well take me off your list. There is way too much hate here. I can understand disagreeing with a lot ot the poopy going on, but I find it a waste of time to wade through all the hate posts to get to the intelligent conversations.

I didn't have a problem with hate directed toward me, it's just that wading through all that shit seemed pointless. He responded, but hasn't taken me off the list, because I had to log on to get his response...

I looked through your posts and I don't see what your problem is. This site is one of the friendliest sites on the web. There's no hate here unless you are a flaming lib. Is that the case?

There is no hate, unless you are a flaming liberal. How can anyone expect intelligent conversation from people with such a viewpoint?
