iGoogle is going away. I use it as my homepage because it has a place for links, my calendar, gmail (both of which I really don't use that much), and the chat list up on the side. Will have to come up with a new homepage, and toward that end I have beefed up my favorites in Chrome.
Chrome is cool because when you sign in you can sync the browser. There are drawbacks because the sync isn't always straightforward. My apprehension simply stems from laziness and reluctance to change. In November things will have to change though, here's hoping my coping mechanism is up to the task. For now, it looks like G+ will be the home page, subsidized by the Chrome favorites.
Other than that, it's been just about a year since any post on this 'blog'. Not really a blog, in that there is no expectation that there are any other readers other than myself. It's really just been a place to hold thoughts, and in the past year I've been much too busy to take the time to house them here.
